The above presentation proves that readers of digital eBooks act on content delivered by mobile devices.  These readers also need digital applications that can provide more than just an excellent ePub3 e-Reader app.  They also want to create their own eBooks, upload them into a store, and download them to sell on other conventional retail outlets like Amazon Digital, iBooks, and Smashwords.
Once you have finished writing your eBook on the MS Word you can then convert the document into PDF and ePUB extensions. You need to click on the option on the toolbar “ePUBee Maker” after you have completed the text file and your eBook is ready for print. It will show you Quick Publish, Publish and Save PDF options for publishing. These options can be used for:
My goal as a graphic designer is to team with employers and clients, efficiently creating successful, top-quality print designs that perfectly meet their needs. I delight in creating beautiful designs and making you look good. Over the past twelve years in the design field, I have maintained an excellent record with employers, clients, and team members. Clear communication and promptness are high priorities in all my work, and clients frequently comment on my speed and the quality of my work. I am always glad to discuss projects, so don't hesitate to drop me a line and I'll get back to you shortly.

ePUBee Maker is an amazing freeware to create eBooks on your PC. This is a Microsoft Word add-in, which is extremely easy and efficient to use. After installation, you can view the add-in on your MS Word tool bar as "ePUBee Maker". With the help of this tool, you can convert your MS Word file into following formats: ePUB and PDF. Once you have completed your text document, and your book is ready to be published, click on the "ePUBee Maker" tab, where you will find the following options: Quick Publish, publish, and Save as PDF.
First of all, none of the files created by these apps will display quite the way that you expect them to in various ereaders, especially if you’ve got an ebook that’s got any complicated formatting such as drop-caps, tables, inset images, fancy typography, etc. The apps will try to reproduce on the screen what you were trying to create for the printed page, but often the style rules that the apps try to create make an incredible mess in one or more ereader. Everything may display as plain text on a Nook, while small images may fill the page on an old Kindle, while no images display at all on the Kindle app on your computer.

My job is to help you look good. Services include: • book design for print, e-books, PDF distribution • booklets and event programs • flyers and posters • brochures and rack cards • postcards and other mailers • advertisements in print or digital publications • social media campaigns and memes • business cards • copy editing and proofreading • content creation and research I work with the Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop. What can we create together? Note: I do not work fixed-price projects.

Get writing! Here, you can approach each chapter the way you might write a long blog post -- by compartmentalizing each chapter into smaller sections or bullet points, as shown in the picture below. This helps you write simply and clearly, rather than trying to use sophisticated language to convey each point. It's the most effective way to educate readers and help them understand the new material you’re providing.
Create an electronic storybook. To create your story: * Write some text.* Illustrate by drawing on the screen, taking a photograph of something you see, or drawing on paper and then photographing the paper, or attaching photos from your album.* Sounds can be recorded for telling your story or as sound effects.* Layout the elements of your story (text boxes, images, and sound clips) freely by dragging them or pinching to resize.* Add, reorder, or delete pages from your book.
You may come up with a slightly different process depending on how your team is organized and whether your designer is in-house or external. The point is that visuals can no longer be an afterthought in your eBooks—they should be carefully considered along with your written text. In many ways, writing an info-graphic is closer to writing a screenplay or graphic novel than a traditional long-form content piece.
I have taught graphics and illustrating for a long time and until I used Book Creator with my students the process was always missing something. Book Creator has given us the tool to create and deliver professional content that is worth sharing with the world I am very proud of what my students create and how their work is displayed when it is finished.

Unlike blog posts, ebooks are high-commitment pieces of content because of their length, so you need to make sure you're demonstrating the value up front in a compelling way. For instance, one HubSpot ebook is titled 15 Business Blogging Mistakes & Easy Fixes with the subtitle, "How to Fix the Most Common Blogging Bloopers." The main title is both descriptive and demonstrates value in itself, but the subtitle also makes it sound like an even more interesting read.

Kids can learn how multimedia elements can help them tell a story as they choose from the various options and make a book. Because the page count is unlimited and the options allow for multiple types of expression, kids can experiment and really demonstrate their creativity. Completed books can be posted in iBooks or Google Play Books, sent to others via email, uploaded to Dropbox, or printed to self-assess and get feedback. Book Creator is an excellent way for kids to practice their writing skills and enjoy crafting a digital book with multiple forms of expression.
Oh yes, my my, Apple.  One of the wealthiest corporations in the world in 2015.  They didn’t get there by coddling other companies and especially other publishers.  With open source, we learned to work around the Apple gorillas in the room.  With the Embellisher™ system, publishers can deliver their magazines in ePub3 format to the reader directly by instant messages, bypassing the hairy brutes like Apple and Amazon.  Thus, no profit is lost on selling those single copies in iTunes, so lamented by Mr. Editor back in 2012.
An Adobe stack expert with more than 10 years of experience, I helped out my customers with a variety of projects – from brochures to large catalogs with thousands of items. I have had uninterrupted experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and more. Had many high volume projects, performed data merges, generated TOCs and Indexes tailored to the customer’s needs. Have experience with e-publications, interactive PDFs, fillable forms and web design. Creative, always seeking for perfection in what I am doing, my highest priority is a satisfied customer and their business goals being reached and taken care of.
I have been working with the Kotobee crew for some time now, specifically with their Kotobee Author software. I find it to be intuitive, easy to use, and generally a pleasure to work with. The developers have been incredibly responsive as well and really stand behind their product. Using their software I have been able to create engaging, fun, and highly educational eBooks that have been instrumental in my students learning and education.
I can convert, format, and layout your book as an eBook or print edition. I use html/css coding to create all eBooks. I don't use any auto conversion software. I have formatted many books for Amazon/Kindle (mobi file), Apple/iBooks, Barnes & Noble/Nook, Kobo, Google Play, and anywhere else that accepts ePub files. I am also familiar with Smashwords and can create both a Word doc and ePub file for their distribution channels. I have created print editions for many print on demand sites, such as CreateSpace, IngramSpark/Lightening Source, Lulu, and Amazon's paperback printing via KDP (currently in Beta). I use Adobe InDesign to create a PDF file that will comply with all requirements from these sites.

I'm a professional writer, editor, and graphic designer eager to put my skills to use for your projects. My six years of daily newspaper experience, four years as a freelancer, and five years as editor of my own media company have made me a skilled and versatile communicator. I know how to craft compelling stories that help readers get a better understanding of the issues and what they can do about them. And I have a special talent for helping others make their writing stronger and clearer, all on deadline. I am grateful that my career has given me the opportunity to work in graphic design as well. My real specialty is in organizing information in designs that are both appealing to the eye and are effective in getting the intended message across. Books, ebooks, magazines, brochures, reports, posters, advertisements and more are among the kinds of projects I have completed and welcome.
This is an online tool with an easy to operate interface. This tool allows you to create your eBooks right from scratch. You can select the page style and layout and design the cover page. Their price calculation tool lets you set an appropriate price for the eBook. The tool also helps you keep a track of your earnings and the number of books you’ve sold. Notion press allows you to sell the eBook through their own bookstore.
Parents need to know that Book Creator is a bookmaking tool. Users pick images, place text, and choose background colors for assembling their books in a variety of formats, including comic strips. You can include images from your device's camera roll, and images can be resized and repositioned, text attributes can be changed, and books can have as many pages as needed. Once users are finished with a book, it can be opened in iBooks (iOS), Google Play Books (Android), or any number of other apps such as Dropbox, Evernote, and others. It can also be sent over email or saved to iTunes (iOS). Read the app's privacy policy to find out about the types of information collected and shared.
With QuarkXPress, you don’t have to recreate a print project from scratch for digital devices such as the iPad — you can simply convert it. And once you’ve converted it, you can customize it for the new medium with videos, sounds, slideshows, and more. Best of all, you can do all of this with the same set of tools, instead of having to learn a whole new application for each medium to which you want to publish. With QuarkXPress, you can preserve your brand and always look professional, in print and in electronic media, all in a single tool.
So, with all that in mind, what content can you get for free in the field of graphic and web design? You could check out this list of free books for web designers, but if it’s e-books covering a broader design remit that you’re after, a quick search on your favorite search engine will reveal hundreds of offerings, making it difficult to sift the wheat from the chaff. But we’ve saved you the trouble, so here goes...
9.  The value of growing the publisher’s brand.  When a publisher purchases a tailored installation of our system, he or she receives much more than a piece of cold software.  No, we provide the human training and the motivation to realize the importance of giving independent authors the respect they deserve.  We want our publishers to send their authors to school before installing our system.  That’s why we created the online courses, online tutorials, and online webinars.  I learned when I taught through the Caltech Industrial Relations Center that the successful companies relied on training to make their teams successful.  We don’t sell our products to publishers unless they completely understand the importance of training to their publishing business.
Your ebook should be available for download through a landing page on your site. A landing page is a web page that promotes/describes your offer and provides a form that visitors need to fill out with their contact information in order to access your ebook. This is how you are able to convert your visitors into business leads that your sales team can ultimately follow up with.

The problem I have is with editing my work in the software. If your work has lots of text and pictures, as in an illustrated children's book with text under the images, this software will drive you crazy. Move an image, and it just vanishes, and then the line of text snaps up or down to a different page -- there is no 'undo' button to take you back, so you have to insert the image all over again, but when you do re-insert the image, make sure to add a few more blank pages, otherwise the re-inserted image will throw off the rest of the images and text.

An amazingly easy-to-use digital bookmaking tool, this app is accessible even to kids in early elementary school grades to produce and publish their own simple books or comics with images, videos, and audio. Readers can access published books via iBooks or other online sources, or books can be printed on paper. Before creating that first book, it's helpful to read the basic tutorial. Because it makes creating books an easy step-by-step process, kids are not distracted from the app's main purpose: meaningful multimedia content.
Visually intuitive interfaces are the future of web design. Make no mistakes about that. If you’re seeking to improve the way that you design websites, this little ebook is an ingenious place to start. The free text doesn’t just preach the rules of UI design to the reader; instead, it analyzes various examples from the online world. An excellent introduction to this somewhat tricky art.
That said, there's a growing movement towards free and 'freemium' content on the web. And the quality of the content is often on a par with the books you'd part with cash for. Clearly nobody can afford to print and distribute free physical books, but in this age of tablets, smartphones and laptops the electronic book offers a fantastic, and very cheap, way to spread this content. If you do have some cash to spare, take a minute to browse our guide to the best graphic design books – you can be sure you won't be wasting your money.

If you want to write an eBook, or self-publish a hard cover, I recommend this software product. I have published 2 books so far, albeit short ones at this point, but I am just getting started. Others have commented that they cannot get support on this software, but I have had no problems getting very quick answers to two or three questions I have had. Nitin was very quick to help and respond. If you are willing to watch the provided videos, they are very good at pointing out how to do things step-by-step. The only drawback I have found is that some of the videos are mildly outdated due to changes that Amazon makes so the videos in a couple of cases are not up to speed but still provide what you need to know, or you can email and get an answer quickly. I hope Amazon will let me link my books so you know that I am not just writing to be writing; I want you to see product. https://amzn.to/2FJ36VQ & https://amzn.to/2RvTdSe are actual eBooks and hard covers available too. A Dad Remembered: Because He Couldn't and We All Know One: Happenstances with a Goofball: Engage Mouth Before Brain is the other one's title. It makes importing and converting very easy. I recommend watching the informative videos on whatever you have questions about. I have finally fulfilled a little dream of mine to be published!

I want you to just use a theme for your first ebook… because your ebook only wins if it’s a great topic + a good title + very useful + people are finding it and trusting you enough to download it + people are sharing it because they found it useful. The best custom design in the world can’t fix those if they’re broken. And a theme helps you get it out and get some feedback.

i JUST GOT THIS INSTALLED ON MY PC. HAVING BEEN A SOFTWARE ENGINEER FOR MANY YEARS, I KIND OF KNOW WHAT TO LOOK FOR. WHENEVER I OPEN THE WRITERS STUDIO, THE WHOLE SYSTEM IMMEDIATELY DIES. IS THIS AN ALPHA OR BETA VERSION OF THE SOFTWARE? NOT EXACTLY WHAT i HAD ANTICIPATED. i HAVE A BUSINESS TO RUN. THIS IS A TOOL. IF THE TOOL ISN'T WORKING i HAVE TO WORK AROUND IT. I WASN'T AWARE THAT YOU HAD TO BUY THE MANUAL SEPARATELY. I'LL WITHHOLD JUDGEMENT UNTIL I HAVE GONE THROUGH THE MANUAL. I SINCERELY HOPE IT IS WORTH IT. TIME IS HARD TO COME BY.

As the name suggests MS Word to EPUB Converter is a tool that helps alter MS Word documents to ePUB for free. It offers an interface that looks clear and is easy to use and comprehend. Once you have finished writing in MS Word, you can then simply convert it to the ePUB extension. You will have quick access to this within minutes of the conversion.
Use educational ebooks as an opportunity to connect your thought leadership with product awareness. One way to do this in your ebook content is with subtle product mentions and call-outs when you mention a problem or need in your ebook that your products or services address. How much of these should you include? The key here is balance. Make sure the educational value of the ebook makes up for your product awareness plugs. For example, in HubSpot's educational ebook How to Attract Customers With Twitter, we add to the section of the ebook that discusses scheduling tweets and monitoring responses by calling to attention to the social media publishing tool available in HubSpot's software, our paid offering. This lets readers with little or no knowledge of HubSpot's software connect HubSpot's thought leadership and expertise with its paid software.

3.  The value of the editing experience done right:  a reader of digital content in the Embellisher™ system gets to view instant revisions made over a cross-platform mobile network.  When the publisher changes something, the subscriber sees it–no lengthy waits for uploads, approvals, dis-approvals, and confusing downloads.  The corrected version instantly appears in the reader’s library, ready to read the next installment or to read the notice of a new installment to enjoy.  This saves both the creator Publisher and the reader consumers both time and money.
Designrr made it ridiculously easy for us to create and then publish an e-book that looked great, was easy to read, and looked incredibly professional. The tools included allowed us to quickly pull in the information we needed and sort it in a way that made the book flow. Editing the content was just as easy! We were able to drop in our own media as needed throughout the book and make it really stand out. Designrr has been a critical part of our success!
