Think about how you got here -- you clicked on a call-to-action (CTA) in an email, on a social media post, or somewhere else. A CTA is a link or visual object that entices the visitor to click and arrive on a landing page that will get them further engaged with your company. Since your ebook readers have probably converted into leads in order to get their hands on your ebook to begin with (more on this in Step 2 below), use the CTAs within your ebook to reconvert your readers and propel them further down your marketing funnel.

A traditional eBook usually looks like a textbook chapter: It’s got an introduction, a list of sections, and a lot of text that follows a linear progression of concepts designed to be read in order. There’s usually some kind of summary conclusion at the end. This structure has worked with print for years. But it’s not a structure that translates well to the web.
In summary: Bring me into the mix and I’ll create you an eBook so it breeds income, impact and looks incredible in the process – and you can leave the worry, stress and overwhelm of designing your own past far behind. I'm here to help you to take your mind-blowing content to the very next level. My design will help launch your message out into the world - attract your ideal client by the truckloads, and look totally professional in the process (and look better than you ever possibly imagined!)

Creativity doesn’t just happen overnight. It’s something that each and every designer has to work at on a day-to-day basis. If you find that your innovative juices are running dry, The Creative Aid Handbook could be the answer. The helpful guide looks at how you can boost your intellect, foster your well-being, and, most importantly, become more creative.

Note: there was some worry when iBooks Author first came out that the app’s terms of service didn’t allow users to sell their books anywhere but the iBooks store. That’s not the case. If you use Apple’s .ibook format, you can only sell through the iBooks store. All other formats have no restrictions. Read more on Apple’s FAQ here. We make all our guides in iBooks author and export as a PDF.
A few of the platforms we reviewed mimic social media accounts – almost like LinkedIn accounts for self-publishers. These can be a great resource for finding opportunities to host your work or connect with other authors. We liked services that let you customize your profile and make professional connections so you can publish your work to as many places on the web as possible.

Calibre is a cross platform, free eBook maker for Windows, Linux, and iOS. This eBook creator is loaded with almost all the advanced features that you need to make your own eBook. It supports conversion of multiple input formats to multiple output formats. The supported Input formats are: AZW, AZW3, AZW4, CBZ, CBR, CBC, CHM, DJVU, DOCX, EPUB, FB2, HTML, HTMLZ, LIT, LRF, MOBI, ODT, PDF, PRC, PDB, PML, RB, RTF, SNB, TCR, TXT, and TXTZ; while the output format that it supports are: AZW3, EPUB, DOCX, FB2, HTMLZ, OEB, LIT, LRF, MOBI, PDB, PMLZ, RB, PDF, RTF, SNB, TCR, TXT, TXTZ, and ZIP.
Also it wants a table of contents even if your book does not need it. And it is biased towards EPUB books not the more popular MOBI format. It is crash prone and extremely complex to try to use with a fairly high learning curve. It wants to duplicate the functions of a word processor as well as try to convert the file. All in all too elaborate of a program and not worth the bother. There are plenty of free alternatives out there on the internet to convert your eBook far more easily than this.
After researching and signing up for eBook creator services, we think the Atavist platform is the best option, and it is versatile enough to help you with most of your web-publishing needs. Since it isn’t exclusively an eBook creator, it can also help you publish photobooks and magazines. The application’s free version gives you access to online publishing tools, though we think it’s worth it to pay for a subscription if you’re serious about publishing online content. Its easy-to-use tools are accessible from the homepage, and there’s tons of support to help you navigate through all the options and settings.
